Jeff and I really love decorating our Christmas tree, but it seems like it's mostly just for our benefit, because no one ever really sees it. We had bible study at our house this month, but we just got the decorations on today, and our bible study won't be meeting again until after Christmas. So, now that our tree is all up and decorated, we can't show if off. Oh well, we still love looking at it.
These red and silver balls (some with candy canes and some without) kind of set the color tone for our tree.

I grew up with these Santas on my tree. There are 8 of them, and they represent the different versions of Santa around the world and over time. Some of them are sweet, some are scary, like one of Santa putting the kid in his sack. I think that's a good version of Santa to tell our kids about ;)
Of course, what Christmas tree would be complete without Grandma Sargent's ornaments. We even had one that we put Owen's name on.

We've got our sweet little angel to top it all off. Another addition from Grandma Sargent :)
A fun new addition to our Christmas decor this year are our stockings made by LeAnn Beebe. She is so sweet and makes these beautiful hand-knit stockings for all of the new young staff at camp. She also gives them as wedding gifts. What a special keepsake! Thanks LeAnn!
