Cousins

We were so thrilled that Bethany, Seth and Eleanor could come spend a few days at the coast during their trip to Oregon. It was wonderful to see them and to catch up on life. Ella was just 4 months the last time we saw her, and as fun as it is to learn about her and see her on the blog, it was so special to see her in "real-life". She is a beatiful, vivacious little girl. She gave us some good lessons in baby-proofing our home as she explored our cupboards, opened doors and played on all the baby toys.

After playing with Ella, Daniel was all tuckered out :) It's hard work keeping up with a big kid!On Saturday evening some family members from the Minthorne side got together for dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory to help Bethany carbo-load before running the Portland Marathon on Sunday morning. There were 5 kids there, although Nathan wasn't in a picture-taking mood, so I didn't get any good shots of him (sorry Carrie...hopefully Hannah got some better ones).
