Inspired

A while back my sister, Bethany, blogged about making mini burgers and oven-baked fries. We were inspired by it the other night. Ours aren't turkey, but we mixed garlic, diced onions, pepper, and rosemary in with the beef, and put it on a fresh-baked ciabatta bun. We also didn't have any lettuce, so we used cabbage. I highly suggest the cabbage, it was quick good. I added sauteed mushrooms and horseradish to mine. It was great. Although, neither of us made ours into a smiley face. But Emily sure had a smile on her face! Mmmmm...
