We have been trying really hard to break Owen of the habit of getting on the furniture. The only exception to this is that when we are watching movies at night we let him sit on the couch with us, mostly so that we know where he is, and so we know he is not sitting on one of the nicer couches or on our bed. The result of this has been that he absolutely relishes in this time to sit on the couch and snuggle with us. He either totally sprawls out across both of us, or takes up an inordinately large portion of the couch. We haven't gotten any good picture of him laying out on both of us, but here are some examples of his "couch time". (And don't worry...vaccum the couch off often, so if you come to stay the night with us, you won't have to sleep on a slobbery dog bed) ;)
These are my tired guys :) I'm sure at least one of them had a hard day...the other one just thinks he did.
We call this the "Owen weiner wrap".
