Thinking about the future

So Jeff and I have been thinking about the future a lot lately. In fact, our entire anniversary dinner was spent talking about our"big decision of the moment". For those of you who don't know, we are considering moving into a house on Twin Rocks Friends Camp. There are many pros and cons to the move and it seems like we discuss them daily, but we don't really get any farther in the decision making process. Here are some of the big issues that we are weighing:

• The house on camp is in need of some repairs, but there is not a lot of summer weather left to get these done, nor is there much $ for them.
• We will have to rent our house out for a very specific amount in order to make our mortgage payment and we can't afford to go without tenants.
• We have no experience being landlords.
• Daniel and Levi would LOVE living on camp and having access to all the amenities.
• The boys and I would be closer to Jeff, so we could see him more often during the day.
• Our "camp family" would be closer and it would give me more opportunities to plug into camp.

There are other little issues, but these are the ones that could make or break the decision. If you could join with us in prayer about all this we would really appreciate it!
