It seems like every year we get one snowfall that actually sticks around for a few hours. This year is the most we ever gotten though. It stuck around for two whole days!
Daniel was quite excited about it (more-so than he looks in the above picture) and had fun building a snowman with Jeff, and tromping through the snow in his boots. 
After building the snowman we took a walk around the neighborhood and Daniel pointed out every "nomeen" that he saw. It was a fun day!

I can't believe how much snow you got! Here we are on the valley floor and we barely received a dusting. I am so glad you get to experience snow with your children, and especially living along the coast. What a special treat! I am sure Daniel had an awesome time in the snow even if he did look a wee bit unhappy (as you mentioned) in one of his pictures. So sweet.
